Lori Burton - PTA President

I am a mom to two amazing little girls. One in 4th grade and a two year old.

Our school is a special place. It's evident from the moment you walk into Boston Elementary that we are a community. Each and every adult that enters through the doors of Boston does so because there is someone that they love and care about inside that building. We are all in this together and the relationships and community we build enriches the lives of every child at our school.

As President of Boston Elementary's PTA it is my goal to fulfill our National PTA's mission of "making every child's potential a reality". I'm honored to serve with an amazing board of parents who are equally dedicated to making sure every one of our students has the resources they need to reach their fullest potential.

I'm excited to serve our families and staff at Boston Elementary. With your partnership and involvement we can achieve great things for all of our children.

Mike Burton - PTA Vice President - Membership

Mike has two children at BES, 4th Grade and a 2 year old.  I joined the PTA at Boston because the ultimate goal is connecting parents, teachers, administration and community leaders for our cause:  To give every child the opportunity to grow, thrive and succeed!

As the VP of Membership, my goal is to help raise awareness of the resources available to our school for our educators and students.  With a united front, we can achieve more together!

I am passionate about strengthening our community, of which we are all raising our children in.  I want us all to enjoy the journey together!

Stefanie Summers - PTA Vice President - Corporate Sponsorships

PTA Vice President - Family Fun

I joined PTA to to advocate for children by taking actions and building coalitions that make positive change. Through PTA, you are informed about what you can do to affect local, state and federal policies that most impact children, families and schools.  By getting involved at your child's school you'll be part of the solution, helping make positive changes.  I have 2 kids at Boston ES 1st grade and 4th grade.

As Vice President of Family Fun my goal to to ensure all kids have fun and get included!

Kon Sinboualay - PTA Secretary

I joined the PTA because I sincerely love our school, the teachers, and all the children who attend. I currently have a 4th grader and I also have a former Boston Bear in 6th grade at Booth.

I joined the PTA because I want school to be an interactive, safe, and fun environment that children look forward to being a part of. This is where I believe growth happens. I feel that the more positive interactions each child can have, as often as they can happen, makes a huge impact on their lives. I love coming into the school and having a child come up to me to tell me something important to them, to just say hello, give me a high five, or to ask if I would be selling ice cream that day.

I enjoy seeing them out in the community, and their excitement when they see me. I may not remember all of their names in that moment, and they probably don't  know mine, but they do know I am at their school trying to be a part of making it a great experience for them. And that, that is the reason I love being a part of the PTA. It's about the children, and their families, not just my own, and our community as a whole, that makes each and every day worth it.

Courtney Dewitt - PTA Treasurer

I am a mother of 4 amazing children, currently in 1st grade, 3rd grade, 6th grade and 7th grade. I want to make sure that our kids have all the best possible opportunities and joining the board of the PTA is one way of doing this. It also sets an example of volunteerism and generosity for my children.

Boston Elementary holds a special place in my heart! The teachers are special at Boston, I absolutely love getting to know all the other students and their parents.

As Treasurer of YOUR PTA, my job is simple. Make sure the monies are all accounted for! I look forward to a great 2019/2020 school year at Boston Elementary School!
